We offer a return and refund.

All products must be unopened.

Within 14 days of the purchase date contact us @ info@side7.nl with your Name + Order Number.

The return shipping fee will be paid by the Customer, if you have used the free shipping option the cost made for the shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

Once we have received your order we will inspect if anything is in order.

If everything is fine we will initiate the refund process, the process can take up to 10 working days before you can see it back on the balance of the payment method you have used.
