PSA Terms & Services

Side7 has no liability to and will not be held responsible for:

  1. The correctness of the provided data on the submission form. This includes but is not limited to:
    - Inclusion of a physical and filled-in submission form
    - Personal data
    - Card data
    - Card quantity
Side7 may reject items if they don’t meet cataloging or size requirements—any fees paid for grading service (excluding shipping fees) will be refunded when this situation occurs.

  2. The value of the cards before, during and/or after the grading process. Side7 is not a grading expert and has no say or influence of any kind on the final grade/value of your cards.

  3. The authenticity of your submitted cards. This includes but is not limited to:
    - Counterfeit cards
    - Doctored cards
Items that are altered, doctored, cleaned, recolored, trimmed, or of questionable origin may be labeled "Authentic Altered", refused, or not graded.

  4. Transport to and from the customer, the store and PSA. The postal services used for these are independant entities in the grading process. They do not act as agents of either or all parties involved in the grading process.
This means that you as sender are responsible for shipping both ways, and must insure your package separately.
Items are while in our possession, up to the declared value; if lost or damaged, you’ll be compensated, up to that value.
Insurance only applies to damage at Side7—Side7 is not liable for courier losses once the item leaves your hands.

    Also please note:

  5. Once grading/authentication begins, fees are non-refundable, even if items are later altered or found ineligible.

  6. By accepting these terms you also accept the terms and services from PSA
