PSA Terms & Services
When and where do I send/drop off my submissions?
Fill out the Submission form of all your cards, you can download it here.
Remember to bring it with you or add it to your cards for grading.
Your cards have to be sent or dropped off before the current shipments deadline at:
Side7
Euromarkt 109
2408BD Alphen aan den Rijn
Zuid-Holland
The Netherlands
We advise using services with insurance and track & trace.
DHL however, is not advised due to previous experiences with the services in our postal code area.
How do I pack my cards best for shipment?
The best way to prepare your cards for shipping to us is:
1. Sleeve them in a penny sleeve, one card per sleeve. Remove any wrappers or seal from the cards as PSA only accepts penny sleeved cards.
2. Insert the sleeved card in a card saver, again one card per card saver. Make sure the front and back of the card is fully visible while inserted in the card saver.
3. Stack the cards in the order stated on your submission form.
4. Place a piece of cardboard on top and bottom of the stack and secure it using rubber bands. Be careful not to wrap the rubber bands to tightly around the stack in danger of damaging or warping the cards.
5. Pack the stack along with your submission form in a box, fill up the empty space with packaging material to minimize movement during transit.
If you do not possess any of the mentioned materials then please package the cards as best you can and select the repackaging option during checkout. We will repackage your cards in said materials with utmost care before shipping them to PSA.
How will I get updates on the shipment containing my cards?
Our PSA Current Status page will be regularly updated, please keep in mind that the grading process can take up to 6 months in estimation but can be longer as the situation around the tariffs evolves.
What are the possible extra costs for grading my card?
Even though all cards are taken in under the same Value tier (for now), the value of your card post-grading can rise above the maximum insurance value of the tier. When this happens, PSA will contact us and state the extra fee for higher insurance on the shipping to be payed before the grading process can be completed. Failing to fulfill the extra fee will result in your card being sent back, ungraded and possible extra handling costs.
How will my cards be returned to me when they come back from PSA?
As part of the checkout process you will be able to select a return option.
For returning card via post services we use DPD and PostNL, both with track & trace and insurance.
